面向决策分析的基本建设项目大数据体系研究

The study of big data system based on decision analysis for fundamental construction project

摘要: 大数据技术的发展与应用为集团企业基建项目数据的分析应用提供了新的决策手段。一方面,依托于大数据的支撑使得企业获取的基建业务信息更加全面有效,项目造价、进度等各类信息的检索更为便捷|另一方面,大数据技术的发展,使得数据的获取、融合、一体化管理成为现实,使得基建项目管理所需的管理决策实施落实更加有效。文章从基建领域的典型工程数据管理和基建项目投资决策入手,分析了基建项目管理领域大数据的特点|研究了大数据技术在基建项目管理领域的应用方法|最后给出了研究应用案例。

Abstract: The development and application of the technology of big data has brought new opportunities to analysis and utilization of the data of fundamental construction projects which belongs to corporation. First, the support of the big data could make enterprises obtain the business information of infrastructure construction comprehensively and effectively, meanwhile, make the information research about the cost of construction and progress conveniently. Second, the development and utilization of big data in the group make the obtaining, fusion and integration management of business data reality, at the same time, make the implement of management, decision and application of project management of infrastructure construction solidly and effectively. This article mainly analyzes the application of the technology of big data in the field of infrastructure construction from the aspect of typical project data management and investment decision of infrastructure construction, then gives an application case.
